目前有在吃馬力偉增重乳清蛋白2544連續兩個月下來的確胖了但完全在臀部上上半身雖緩慢但有一長些肉了褲子從~29腰>32腰但好像回到了30腰3個月前17060公斤現在是63公斤我的目的在於長肉吃壯所以我每天都一杯乳清(重訓~後會再喝一杯)"馬力偉"真的很甜......有點辛苦我很希望吃胖長肉1.除了目前��
