我178cm64kg女朋友155cm50kg我們想要每天早上都去慢跑看能不能瘦下來我則是因為肚子越來越大要瘦肚子和練腹肌慢跑會跑出肌肉嗎?我很怕我女朋友一直慢跑沒有瘦反而跑出肌肉來那就慘了我想問慢跑有什麼方法跑比較有效果?要先吃早餐再跑還是跑完再吃?我跑完再做仰臥起坐這樣肚子會瘦嗎?很怕變肌肉消
