我最近在慢跑我17X公分55公斤左右而已還滿瘦的不過算有一些肌肉因為有在做伏地挺身仰臥起坐之類的肌肉鍛鍊請問慢跑之後感覺超熱的然後感覺全身都變輕盈感覺肉會被減掉請問會不會因為這樣我練的上半身肌肉被消掉了勒==因為很多人慢跑都是為了減肥那我不是那會不會造成我另外練的肌肉消掉勒-.-
