我男16高一我之前國三的時候有練伏地挺身和仰臥起坐每天差不多做約30~50下後來懶了都沒再做後來我看人家都有肌肉,我也很想要所以我高一又繼續做不過做到現在,胸肌、腹肌、手臂的肌肉都沒看到胸肌稍微有,腹肌只有上半身有,而且要用力擠,才看的到我不要求大,我只是想要有線條我肚子有點
