早午晚都做20下仰臥起坐100下空中腳踏車多久才會瘦呢?我目前158/58我想瘦到50....平常1~5要上課所以只能晚上做((早餐一杯牛奶午餐一碗湯晚餐不吃))這樣多久才會50?
