目前才小高一可是身型很還蠻特殊的XD173cm體重才58kg手臂很細但腿意外的粗(?希望可以把手臂的部分練粗一點至少穿衣服可以有那種不會太瘦弱的感覺目前我每天都做伏地挺身100下(分30252520)然後都是直道衝刺彎道慢跑大概跑個2圈400的操場((之後真的不行了Z給點意見吧~~~~P.S.沒錢不能上健身房器材也不知��
