因為大學聯考剛考完,幾乎兩年沒運動的我,體能差的不像話,所以想在暑假中鍛鍊一下。但是家中唯一的健身器材只有啞鈴而已,所以目前的計畫是...啞鈴→仰臥起坐→伏地挺身就以這三項在30分鐘內做輪迴(因為單項要做30分鐘實在是太困難),然後逐次增加時間和次數我想請問懂得健身的各位...這樣�
