我想請問一下喔,我是新手,一開始差不多要做幾下伏地挺身、仰臥起坐,才不會太累阿。 我從國中畢業之後,就沒有再練身體了,都再家裡,那我這樣突然練的話,會不會受傷阿!! 我現在如果有讀書的話,是高二了。
