我身高176體重60再家2天會做一次伏地挺身被上會負重8KG的書做7組約70下做完後1小時內有補充牛奶及一些蛋白質食物請問各位健身達人1.這樣做有辦法讓胸肌變大塊嗎?2.不過負重來做有時手肘有點不舒服感覺會受傷的樣子3.那如果是沒負重不過一天做兩三百下這樣胸肌鍊的大嗎?還是只能結實而已?4.還有其�
