我想請問一下有在健身的專家..我目前有在健身房運動..平均兩天會去做一次40分鐘的有氧運動..四天會去做重訓..我的目標是要再瘦一點..剛開始覺得還挺有效果的..不過過了兩個月後..就開始沒什麼進展..請問我是不是該做什麼調整??或者是有人能夠提供我健身的菜單??另外..我的胸肌一直都練不太出來..��
