請問各位愛好健身的朋友,小弟目前20歲,身高167體重75,下定決心要健身+減脂,希望能以12周約3個月時間減到60~65公斤,線條能明顯,每個禮拜有2天能到學校的健身房,分別是禮拜2晚上6~8點,跟禮拜5下午12~4點,禮拜1跟禮拜4都能自己做些有氧運動。想請問,1.對於剛入門的新手,進行重訓時,搭配有�
