我現在16歲每天啞鈴6磅舉300下啞鈴平舉20下擴胸20下在手掌一直握緊那種210下健美輪目前只能做5下伏地挺身20下仰臥起坐40下每天幾乎都有練可是肌肉跟胸肌有變大但是手腕的地方還是一樣細請問是不是我太早健身了還是每天都晚上8.9點練的關係來是其他的原因??????...Showmore
