Q1:現在的我很想減肥但又很想練肌肉,兩者一起會有衝突嗎,可以邊撿邊練肌肉嗎?因為我最近開始練腹肌,成果也不錯,但站上磅秤體重不減反增,所以想問這兩者是不是不能同時進行啊?Q2:胸部有點贅肉,怎樣能削掉胸部的肉,讓它看起來更小或更結實!!!Q3:如果想減肥或練肌肉應該吃什麼呢?喝豆漿有幫助肌肉增
