我每天伏地挺身20下舉14磅啞玲25下跳繩150下早晚喝一杯牛奶星期六日都會打球我國2165會太矮ㄇ我每天都照上面ㄉ作會長不高ㄇ※麻煩跟我說會或不會然後跟我解釋一下為神ㄇ不要打一堆東西^^謝謝~~~
