網路上關於肌肉訓練的文有好多但就是因為很多所以老是找不出個最好的答案,加上我在這方面是個完全的新手,也不清楚相關知識是否適合我想請專家幫我衡量一下我的狀況,並提供一些意見具我所知,肌肉訓練的適宜年齡是從17~19開始,因為正好處在肌肉發育期(是吧?)但我是84年次的,都已經18歲了�
