最近想做一些在家就可以做的運動想從跳繩和伏地挺身來下手我身高175體重55身材偏瘦瘦的人是不是不適合做伏地挺身這種重量訓練呢?我伏地挺身大概只能做個20多下做這兩項運動該注意什麼?我希望這兩項運動都在下午一次完成(不要早上做晚上又做這樣)希望各位健身達人幫我安排一下...Showmore
