大大好,我今年國三暑假升高一身高167,體重51kg我最近想要練二頭肌,不知道如果我舉2kg啞鈴行不行?,我沒有想要練的很誇張就大約線條很明顯,差不多那樣,然後還有腹肌如果仰臥起坐一天大概幾下分幾匹?我已經有一點線條,包括腹肌也有一點線條可是不明顯。怎樣才不會影響身高?如果我想在
