小弟我目前國2身高165體重56每天洗澡前都做扶地起身30下仰臥起坐30下"坐著"舉啞鈴(2kg)左右各50下跳繩300下再加上睡前都喝1杯200CC的熱牛奶國2現在身高這樣會算太矮嗎?請問每天做這些運動會影響長高嗎??坐著舉啞鈴會影響長高嗎?作伏地起身和仰臥起坐會影響長高嗎?請問還有哪些可以增加長高機會�
