最近學校的柔道社開始練習了社長召集了一些比較認真的同學在中午練習雖然有些辛苦不過還撐的下去只是不曉得我們練的量到底夠不夠還是過量了?所以想請問各位還有沒有可以補強的地方以下是練習清單:暖身伏力挺身*30仰臥起坐*30伏力挺身*30仰臥起坐*30交互蹲跳*60抬人5公尺*10招式練習收操這邊我要�
