我的腰臀圍比是0.8看一些書上說還是在正常範圍(男性大於0.9才不宜)雖仍在正常範圍但我還是覺得自己腹肌上脂肪很多我看別人的部落格有寫他是每天做一兩百個仰臥起坐所以他認為自己這樣腹肌絕不會跑掉我跟他不一樣我想他應該他是本來就瘦,肚子沒太多脂肪但我雖然也瘦,偏偏肚子脂肪多我如果也每
