為何我怎麼練肚子都不瘦?我每天都有做仰臥起坐至少200下游永至少一千公尺,但一直都沒有很明顯的效果,有專業的大大能幫我解答嗎?可以給我一份練肚子方法嗎?(如做哪些動作一組做多久有氧該做多久時間....等等的計畫表)謝謝
