就快要入伍了~抽到的是海軍陸戰隊有沒有近期才入伍或退伍可以解惑一下哩1.....新訓前要準備的體能基礎(伏地挺身、單槓、游泳、跑步...)要多少量才夠?2.....新訓的要求一開始到新訓結束的標準量?3.....新訓期間要攜帶的東西日用品、私人藥品等等....?4.....如果新訓體能或單槓無法達到標準會如何處置?��
