小弟我今年18歲177CM,71KG請問這樣算標準身材嗎??還有我每天都有做伏地挺身50下(一次做完),舉啞鈴20磅(大約9KG吧)一組20下做4組,為什麼我的肌肉都不太明顯==..請大家救我,還有如何讓胸肌大塊點呢(就是看起來是正方形那種)?還有三頭肌該如何訓練??請別貼知識+的舊資料吧~~THX
