我每天只吃早餐合午餐晚上有時會吃ㄧ顆蘋果每天都會定時的做仰臥起坐.抬抬腳..踢踢腿也差不多一ㄍ月了..但我ㄉ體重就是沒瘦..但腿跟屁股的尺寸是有比較小..只是體重沒變反增怎麼會這樣..該怎麼辦...我希望我的體重能減少...Showmore
