我是從上禮拜開始做伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐的第一天都各10下然後每天增加5下......到了今天已經45下了想請問各位是否有個極限(有人說酸就是極限,35下的時候我就開始酸了)請問1.是否繼續應加量2.我這樣的方法是否正確...Showmore
