我現在175cm75kg我花了兩個月從85kg→75kg可是現在都沒再往下降....我想瘦到70或更低我正確的標準體重因該多少??我該怎麼繼續瘦呢??我現在都很注意飲食早餐午餐都正常吃晚餐可能不吃或只吃沙拉我246都會去健身房至少都會待2小時以上先跑步40分鐘(跑滿快的)上面顯示我流失的卡洛里500上下然後開始健身��
