經過很長時間的努力,總算是減到了正常的範圍了(笑)但是還有一個揮之不去的問題...減肥後全身很多地方的肉(肚子大腿胸部)都有些軟軟的尤其是胸部有點突出讓人很在意=="捏別人的肚子都是硬的說...ˊˋ不知道軟軟的地方有沒有辦法練起來仰臥起坐麼>>?還有胸部多餘的肉要怎麼把他用掉ˊˋ請達
