我現在小6升國1升高156(國小量的)我有再做拉筋.伏地挺身.仰臥起坐我是為了讓身體更好看因為我每天5~5:306:30~8:00都要補習加上每天我都要被單字我是我是左撇子.朵以每天都花一些時間練右手所以我只有拉筋.仰臥起坐.伏地挺身能在家裡做請問這些真的會長不高嗎?????我很在意我的身高我已經休息1個多月�
