小弟運動如下:a.慢跑7公里結束後60個伏地挺身b.核心運動1個小時和仰臥起坐至少30次或滾輪20次一星期內a和b交互做5天飲食:可以算是不吃油炸了很少喝冰飲和含糖飲料以上以實行1個月多了現在34歲體重從77減到74我想請教大家這樣減重方式算有效果嗎?因為感覺減很慢謝謝各位抽空回答
