請位一下各位成功瘦身的大大我早餐吃2個三明治+中杯豆漿午餐就是一個便當那晚餐是有時候吃有時候沒吃不一定然後宵夜也沒再吃頂多喝一些豆漿或是牛奶而已那運動是每天都有200下啞鈴50下伏地挺身和網路的這個http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JcKrJnSFXCw然後我也是有做暖身和拉筋想讓身型好看一點但重點是位
