早餐飯糰+白開水(600CC)午餐依學校營養師排餐(吃一碗不挑食+湯大約6分飽)晚餐禮拜3跟6(吃水煮蛋兩顆剩下天數不吃)每天至少從一樓跑到三樓x30趟(來回算一趟)仰臥起坐100下可以嗎?還是需要改進我才國三170/75太胖了如果有更好的方法幫我改進一下謝謝...Showmore
