我今年18歲,是個高二生,67kg,我想要鍛鍊身體,我現在身材是瘦瘦高高,沒什麼肌肉。多次在網路上看到做伏力挺身及仰臥起坐......等,可以健身,但做伏力挺身時,因為手臂無力,故撐不起來,做仰臥器坐,沒有東西可以固定腳。現在家中只有兩個10Kg的啞鈴,家中空間較小,所以不方便放健身器材
