從之前到現在都有再實行少吃多動有恆心的道理只是最近小弟發現了一些問題最近開始體重減少不了一直維持在一個點不知道是哪裡出了錯還是需要高強度的燃脂來執行目前170公分67.4公斤另外一問小弟我大概還要再減少幾公斤再去練肌肉比較好...Showmore
