游泳和重訓的先後順序 - 重訓

想請問一下先游泳(有做SPA)後在做重訓還是先做重訓在去游泳(有做SPA)哪個做出來的肌肉線條會比較有效果呢??今天我先做重訓2小時後然後去游泳1小時後做SPA15分鐘感覺做完之後肉反而有點小散掉所以想請教一下先後順序哪個比較有效果呢??...Showmore
