很多健身教練都會說有氧和重訓.伸展三者要平衡但是為何一定要做重訓如果不以求身體造型,只求身體健康那有氧的訓練應該就足夠了,心肺好了.代謝好了,人自然就舒服了當然有氧的一些副作用,比如說過度跑步或跳躍等動作可能對於膝蓋帶來過多負擔,可能需要加強訓練股四頭肌來減少膝蓋負荷基本上肌
