平常都有運動的習慣(騎單車、打球...),但為了想要更有效減重,前陣子開始去健身房運動,去健身房也快兩個月了,平均兩天去一次(一週四次),心肺重訓各一小時,三餐也正常吃(有時比正常人吃得還少一些),雖然感覺身體線條有比較好看,為什麼體重卻絲毫沒減輕?最近反而還多一公斤!真是令人�
