我早餐就兩個麵包跟黑芝麻燕麥,午餐都隨便,但不會吃很飽,晚餐會比早餐多一些,但都會控制,然後九點吃完水果都會跑跑步機,大概2、30分鐘,每天伏地挺身30下青蛙跳15下再加仰臥起坐,有時候比較多時間會去打籃球2個小時,可是為什麼還會胖是因為我青春期還是骨頭重或食量的部分,請幫我��
