大家都說~步行、騎自行車、跳有氧舞蹈、慢步跑、游泳、打網球、、、等可以減少熱量~怎樣才會減少?有動就會?還是有感覺熱了~或是流汗~才會減少?這樣會讓腹肌那裡的油變少嗎?因為我想讓腹肌更明顯~(我沒很胖@@\"手很細)在做伏地挺身、仰臥起坐時會好熱~這樣就會讓自己的肚子和腿上的油還是墜��
