因為上班關係整天坐著根本沒時間運動..所以就想到了爬樓梯健身囉...爬了一個禮拜之後忽然有個念頭出現....因為上班必須穿高跟鞋..所以也是穿高跟鞋爬樓梯囉..那會不會有羅蔔腿阿??哇....不好吧....還是只要走路方式正確就不會了...那哪樣走路才算正確呢??是腳跟先著地還是腳尖或是整個腳掌阿??
