瑜珈犁式讓我後頸部的骨頭痛 - 運動

最近瑜珈教室的老師們不知道為什麼特別愛教我們做犁式的練習做完這個動作後我發現自己後頸部有幾塊比較突出的骨頭很痛頸部到上背部的脊椎也不太舒服是我有運動傷害了嗎還是脊椎有問題呢如果要做這個動作到底要如何做才能不那麼痛呢...Showmore
