大大你好:小弟才剛練啞鈴而已,不過5天,但小弟卻發現很多疑問!希望大大能夠明瞭給小弟解答,增點給你也算值得^^我目前為高二,身高164<大約> 體重50kg<也是大約>,我想說,我現在的身體好像習慣了練重量的時刻,比較不會傷身體(我平常有在舞獅,有練出一塊肌肉,位於肩膀下方)!想
