如何把手肌肉練結實..又不變粗 - 啞鈴

最近每天有持續的練伏地挺身想把手上的贅肉練結實但..才做兩三個禮拜手臂就變的比以前大上一號(大臂靠近肩膀的部份)以前舉啞鈴時..都不會有變粗的情形1.有沒有可以把胸肌和上手臂靠近肩膀那塊(不知道是不是中束還是二投肌)練的結實的方法...但不要變粗2.伏地挺身真的會讓手臂變粗嗎??3.請問各位
