我身高175~體重79肌肉看起來像劉耕宏那樣但沒啥線條..我的練法都是20磅亞零~單手左右手互換分五次舉一次舉20下~伏地挺身與肩同寬三角手型各10下循環10次練了1年多下來~我的肉是都很粗~胸機也算大塊但重點只有一點點線條...想請教線條到底怎麼練出來....練肌肉同時呼吸運用重要嗎?請教有人有教學影��
