不好意思我想請問一下各位前輩我現在180/68公斤前兩個多月都只有在家裡練啞鈴跟伏地挺身增重大概6公斤左右就開始停滯了目前想去學校的重訓室練我想問的是如果我的目標是長肌肉增重的話那我的訓練菜單該怎麼安排?天數跟頻率?還有所謂的三組是一次做完還是要穿插其他部位的組數?重訓時的動作是
