請問1500M5000M10000M各要如何訓練??課表應該怎麼排呢??(請以ㄧ週為循環)每項漸歇中間各要休息多久??重訓方面要做哪些??ps:男生非選手自己有興趣想練....平常都只有慢跑5000左右(有漸加速)測過5000m24分左右希望有田徑方面內行的前輩能幫小弟ㄧ下....感謝^^...Showmore
