183公分目前體重60公斤我平常有抽菸一天大概一包運動的項目就舉22磅的啞鈴左右手各舉4種姿勢各8下各三組+上搖擺鈴正常練的方法我的肌肉都很結實我運動完都會喝高蛋白奶粉可是體重還是一模一樣有什麼方法能夠讓我在一個月內能夠胖個三公斤不要叫我吃炸的或喝什麼珍珠奶茶之類的因為我不喜歡吃
