本人身高176,體重58想要練肌肉,一個禮拜上兩次健身房運動兩小時,聽說乳清蛋白可以在運動後修復肌肉,那乳清蛋白可以增重嗎?如果乳清蛋白不能增重,有什麼健身食品可以增重,請各位推薦一下^_^
