各位好我目前是17歲的男生身高有快180看起來還好沒有很胖但是我的大腿跟屁股特別胖不知道是不是因為久坐的關係我每天有固定做30下的伏地挺身跟70下的仰臥起坐但是感覺都瘦不到大腿和屁股請問各位有哪些方法可以瘦大腿和屁股嗎?盡量是以運動的方式別太複雜會很累沒關係主要真的很希望把大腿和
