請問如果我有吃宵夜(例如1/1日晚上23:30吃)但是1/2日早上1:30睡覺中間有做個仰臥起坐..舉啞鈴等等的小運動這樣子會胖嗎?每天都吃不一定的量..看心情..但是幾乎每天都會運動1小時以上..(籃球或跑步)之前是個胖子..好不容易受了20公斤加上健身有成身材變得很好..但是最近有點貪吃..總是會多吃一些..難免�
