如題,小弟每天睡前都會先扶地挺身三十下,休息兩分鐘,然後仰臥起坐三十下,都是一次做完,動作前十五下盡量標準,做完休息一下就睡覺了但小弟做了三個月,每晚一定做,還是沒有腹肌,只有用力才有一點.本身181cm.67kg國三,同學都說這樣就不能在長高.扶地挺身姿勢雙手與肩同寬,下去慢慢的加呼吸,上來快一�
